- Depends on what's being used, If its a specific Addon then the Q-Menu on the Far Right should be able to have a prompt for that Specific Addon to give the prompted NPC's certain Weapons. if it's just using the Toolgun, then you go to the Top Menu Bar called "NPC's" when you hold Q. Then go to "Weapon Override" and select the weapon you want, then select the NPC you want to spawn again and right click using "Spawn with Tool Gun"

- I have not the faintest Memories on all the servers I GM'd for but I can remember a few.

To Better Explain Myself, I am a GM that prefers StoryTelling and Rp. I love Player's Choice and being able to let the Player's Actions enhance the Outcome. I have an Event that I use, and always refer too that is a Campaign Style event. It has a Good and Bad Ending and numerous endings depending on the outcome of each individual Mission. I have a Document that Mixes both On-Base and Off-Base so I hope this is enough to Satisfy Question 6 and 7. Since a Lot of On-Base Missions tend to be repetitive.
