Joined on 3/12/2021 playtime at 1 Hour 34 Min What regiment are you asking to be the commander for? 501st Attack Battalion Have you had any past experiences of being a Commander if so what did you do?  Between my experience on Clone Wars, Imperial RP, and my real life US Army experience I have more experience then most. During my time in Clone Wars RP i have been the Marshal Commander (Prism Gaming), Arc Commander (Prism Gaming), 327th Commander (Icefuse). In IRL experience, I was a 19D Cavalry Scout. (Combat Recon) During my time i made my way up to SSG, During which allowed me to lead a Fireteam of 12 Soldiers while we were deployed. Why do you want to become a Commander on this server and not any other?  (Minimum of 4 Sentences) If i am completely honest I get on more at night and you have Gm's that are on at night. Many of my previous servers that i was on tend to die out at night. As well as Your Head GM asked me to come over and play on this server. With that being said I would love to lead a battalion and teach them to be the best they can be. Teaching soldiers is the most rewarding job you can have. How would you impact our community? (Minimum 3 Sentences) Becoming the Commander of the 501st would effectively increase combat usefullness. I intend to use my IRL training and Tactics to apply to all my troopers. The end game plan is to make 501st the best battalion on the server. Tryouts will be hard and I will only take the best. They will become killing machines and lead the republic to victory. What is the most important role of a Commander? The most important role is to have the respect and trust of your troopers. Nobody will fight for you and with you if there is no respect or trust. Plan out how you would host tryouts for being in your commander position. (Minimum 5 Sentences) Google doc will be made for this. Trigger discipline will be the first thing taught. Bounding training in teams of 2. Building clearing in teams of 6. Radio transmissions and proper radio etiquette. Capturing HVT's, Rescueing hostages. Strategic movements. Patrolling in teams.
