I’ve held the top position for both armies on a TDM server that was also RP heavy which regularly had 70+ people during its peak, DT commander for an Imperial RP, Rancor battalion Commander for a CWRP, Lord Commissar of the Commissariat for a Warhammer 40k server, Droid Commander positions for a CWRP server based around CIS RP, 104th Commander, and a Commander position on the German side for a RP heavy WW2 TDM server. Most of these positions were frontline positions, however I also spent a lot of time creating documents for entire servers and organizing 70+ people into a decently organized group with competent leaders.[/b] [b]Why do you want to become a Commander on this server and not any other?  (Minimum of 4 Sentences) [/b] [b]I want to become commander for the Shock on this server is mostly because it lacks one, however I am very interested in leading once more, and making Shock a respectable and organized battalion. Secondly, I want to see this server succeed which means it needs a stable player base, and competent commanders, which Shock from what I’ve seen has been having trouble keeping commanders. I also plan to not play on any other servers, as this one is very enjoyable, and I feel that if I am able to become commander, I will be able to help make it more enjoyable and grow Shock. Finally, it would benefit the server to have more active officers since I know that not everyone can get on everyday, but I at least have been trying and able to be active since I don’t have much else to do outside of school.[/b]  [b]How would you impact our community? (Minimum 3 Sentences) Personally, I believe that I can work to introduce more RP during the times when events aren’t happening, cause from what I’ve seen, people enjoy messing around when events aren’t happening, which is fine as long as it’s kept in check and isn’t too much. Secondly, I know that I can lead large groups of people and I wish to show my ability to lead. Finally, I am currently trying to bring in a bunch of old friends of mine who will hopefully take my suggestion to join and play on the server.[/b]  [b]What is the most important role of a Commander? The most important role of a commander is their ability to create a fully functional group of people that aren’t solely dependent on just one leader.[/b]  [b]Plan out how you would host tryouts for being that commander positions. (Minimum 5 Sentences) To start off I would begin with introductions, move on to describing the role that shock has on this server, and then showing the trainees what they have to look forward to if they do join shock. Afterwards I would ask them to complete a complicated list of faces, and move on to formation training. Once all the basic formations are finished, the next step would be marching while in formation, and then changing formation while still marching. Once finished with the basics, the training will move on to protocol when it comes to arresting individuals, this section will include stun training, proper roleplay training, trigger discipline will be a big part, and prisoner escort. Afterwards, I will teach each trainee the positions they should be stationed at, such as guarding the fourth deck, Engine/Reactor entrances, and control rooms with each guard needing to recognize who has clearance even if they lack a card in game. Once all this has been completed the final stages of the tryout will be showing them their positions at DB, and end with an overall test of the training.[/b] [b]Any Extra Info we need to know about you?
