EST What Division are you in? 101st How long have you been on the server? 2 Days What regiment are you asking to be commander for? Shock Have you had any past experiences of being a Commander if so what did you do? I have taken charge & successfully commanded over over three separate Shock units as Fox & Thire. As well as at times the Coruscant Guard more specifically. Obviously I have ran other units but they are of no importance to this. Why do you want to become a Commander on this server and not any other? (Minimum of 4 Sentences) When I look for servers I tend to look for three separate points, the server is still evolving, it has adequate leadership, & has active members. If a server is satisfied not improving and staying where it is at it has most likely lost ambition or has began to slow down. If a server has inadequate leadership then the servers COs, Staff, & players tend to be less goal oriented and bored. If there is a well built server with no players then it is like the many other empty servers on GMod. How would you impact our community? (Minimum 3 Sentences) I would bring yet another pillar of leadership to the community & another active member. I would also make sure to ensure all troopers within Shock have self discipline, allegiance, & honor. Each soldier must have enough self discipline to ensure their work is completed, they must have allegiance to their Commander and and the Republic itself, as well as honor to ensure all duties are fulfilled to the fullest extent every time without question. What is the most important role of a Commander? To instill desirable traits within every soldier. Plan out how you would host tryouts for being that commander positions. (Minimum 5 Sentences) Any Extra Info we need to know about you? I am currently Drill Commander & PO1 within my JROTC unit as well as am apart of the local Sheriffs Department Explorers program. I aspire to become a U.S. Marine in less than a year.
