Servers are Game Rebels, Endless Networks, Republic Fleet of Valhalla, 2 other Imperial servers I can't remember the name of, Northern Networks, HT.S Final Order. These are most of the servers I've been a commander on. In all of these, I've been recon whether it's 91st, 41st, Shadow Squad, Imperial Scout Troopers or Imperial Nova Troopers.[/b][/i] Why do you want to become a Commander on this server and not any other?  (Minimum of 4 Sentences) [b][i]The reason I would like to become a commander on this server is because I miss the RP if I'm honest. I have a good friend who tells me that this server has a lot going for it and I would like to join him so that we may work together as commanders. I trust his judgement since we go back to the beginning of my SWRP career in Gmod. I also find that it's hard to play other games with the friends that will be joining me, making Gmod Star Wars RP the best mode of getting together and playing games. I'm passionate about Star Wars and so are my friends. We love it and also really want to find a way to play games together once again. So here I am, and here we are haha.[/i][/b] How would you impact our community? (Minimum 3 Sentences) [i][b]As I'm sure you might have noticed in Discord, there's been an influx of people and a lot of them are my friends. I know I will have a lot of my friends join my regiment if I'm selected. Population is definitely an impact I'd have on this community. I will also bring a competent and precise recon regiment into fruition on this server. I love training the people in my regiment and I enjoy teaching basics when it comes to game mechanics, climb SWEP, picking HVT or focusing fire, overwatch, CQC and the mechanics of properly breaching rooms and more.[/b][/i] What is the most important role of a Commander? [i][b]A lot of people when asked this question, (in my experience) will answer something along the lines of bringing order to their people, making sure they're in line... my answer would be to tell you that the most important role of a Commander would be to train their people to do the role assigned by their regiment. That creates RP and fun. That is why we're on here to begin with. Also, to build comradery within their regiment. If there's no peace within the ranks, things will fall apart. Again, this is about having fun and doing the best at what we choose to do within our assigned role. Once people are happy, that's when they'll listen best and demonstrate good behavior. [/b][/i] Plan out how you would host tryouts for being that commander positions. (Minimum 5 Sentences) [b][i]If I were in the Commander position, I would give an accuracy test. My accuracy test is to shoot hula girls off of tables from a certain distance away with a pistol. Trigger Discipline is another requirement. I set up a 1x1x1 cube, the small cube and have them shoot that as I move between them and the block, having them shoot it until they're out of ammo. If there's Climb SWEP on the server, I give a very basic course to see if they know the basics. A CQC sim would also be held. Even though we're recon, CQC still is important to know, as recon is the act of gaining intelligence to use against the enemy. Most of my sniper/marksman training is done in training, not in tryouts. These are the things I do beyond faces and formations to ensure they're able to pass basic.[/i][/b] Any Extra Info we need to know about you? [b][i]I can't think of anything that's 'need to know'. He is the best man for the job His men follow his orders to the T and they will take over command of other battalions if they need it. His Number one man Ended up becoming the ARC overseer and lead all the ARCs and made them something to be proud of. If that dont say something about his leadership IDK what does.[/size]
