Spec Ops Have you had any past experiences of being a Commander if so what did you do?  i was commander Doom on Fusion Gaming before DU was removed then i took the place of that servers Spec Ops commander, i am experienced in both front lines and special operations, i was the highest ranking battalion commander as Doom then for a few days as 808 (spec ops commander) i have experience in a vast array of mission types and i can adapt quickly. Why do you want to become a Commander on this server and not any other?  (Minimum of 4 Sentences) i was messaged by Doob about this server, seeing as i liked the community of Fusion Gaming i was happy to jump ship to a server with familiar people and a familiar tone, it also doesn't have the toxicity of certain FGC players and it seems as if everyone likes each other rather than always arguing  How would you impact our community? (Minimum 3 Sentences) i would flesh out spec ops using what i have learned from my previous unit, i also contacted 3 troopers from my FGC spec ops squad to see if they are interested in UN if they join i will have impacted the servers player count by adding 3  What is the most important role of a Commander? a commander needs to be knowledgeable they must take responsibility for their troopers, a commander needs to lead their troopers to victory, a unit is only as strong as their commander, commanders must keep their troopers up to their units standard and take them beyond, they need to be ready at all times to take charge of a situation but most importantly as the name suggests a commander needs to command, they have to be able to take commands and issue them just as well, if they cannot do that effectively they cannot lead therefore cannot be a commander Plan out how you would host tryouts for being that commander positions. (Minimum 5 Sentences) i would test them on the standard faces formations and trigger discipline, specifically for spec ops i would set up a simulation where they must take out a target without being spotted by any hostiles by using the cloak, they will also have to exit the area without being spotted, after that i would ask them questions on spec ops such as what they think a spec ops unit does and what they know about spec ops units. Any Extra Info we need to know about you? i'm from Australia so my activity will not be 24/7 i was active for FGC with no problems so i doubt there will be any problems on this server but its important to know.
