I’ve played since 2011 and would have roughly 12,000 Hours by now if I didn’t take a lot of extended breaks. I’ve played a Commander Role for almost every Battalion in Clone Wars, (except 187th), Imperial, Naval, ISB, High Command, Jedi and Sith Generals even.  [/list] [u][i][b]Why do you want to become a Commander on this server and not any other?  (Minimum of 4 Sentences)[/b][/i][/u] [list] [*]Currently Spec Ops have no Commanding Officer and I am feel as if I am prepared to take on that Role. I’ve always been one to earn my ranks and earn my name so Applying for positions is almost off putting. I am Dedicated and Serious to any Position given so if the opportunity is allowed I will not let it down. I enjoy helping the new servers and getting to know the community instead of joining in new in a 80+ people server. (Minimum 3 Sentences)[/b][/i][/u] [list] [*]I am Active on GMod quite often, If I’m not Eating, Sleeping or Working I’m usually on GMod or other games. I am very dedicated and serious to the positions that I play and hope that my dedication and seriousness rubs off to others and makes an event, be it on ship or off base as immersive as possible. I know quite a few people outside of GMod that I can also bring with me to enjoy the server. Since I do a lot of Passive Rp with myself I’m sure to make everyone’s experience that I interact with an immersive Rp experience. [/list] [u][i][b]What is the most important role of a Commander?[/b][/i][/u] [list] [*]Leadership, Integrity, Honesty, Adaptability, Teamwork, Character and Loyalty. [/list] [b][u][i]Plan out how you would host tryouts for being that commander positions. (Minimum 5 Sentences)[/i][/u][/b] [list] [*]I would do a Point System, seeing as Spec Ops’s Tactics Differ from Regular Battalions and Elite Battalions. 100 Points Split in either 4 or 5 Categories depending on how many phases within the tryouts I do. So To Be Determined... Passing would be an 85/100, Score Combinations being in Faces, Formations, Trigger Discipline, Scenario Training, Simulations and Physical Training. (In that order) Testing the Limits, Honesty and Teamwork Skills of The Trainee’s and Making sure that while they’re trying out for themselves, that they are compatible with the others. Throwing Curveballs to test integrity and Character.
